SIPO's General Affairs Office and China Appraisal Society released a circular to announce their joint nationwide survey on IP asset appraisal, which is expected to conclude before November 15.

Local IP offices and appraisal societies are mandated to complete local surveys and file reports.  Leaders of these organizations are required to lend attention to ensure efficient production of quality and quantity of the surveys.
