IOC Official Praises China Anti-piracy Efforts

In a way to protect its IPRs, the International Paralympics Committee (IPC) released a guideline regulating the 2008 Paralympics attendees' behaviors in blogging. 

According to the guideline, all the audio-visual materials of the Beijing Paralympics fall in the scope of IPC IPRs.  All registered members' blogs shall not use words such as Paralympic, Paralympics or their equivalents in other languages in the first level domain names of their blogs.  The members may only write their personal experiences during the Paralympics in the form of diary on their blogs, and shall not write interviews of other members and reports, shall not disclose any information and privacy of the third party, shall not publish any audio-visual materials of the Paralympics.  Uploaded photos may not involve games, opening and closing ceremonies and awarding ceremonies.
