China Customs Administration announces the Enterprises Classification Method, listing out 5 levels as AA, A, B, C and D the Customs for classifying enterprises with the IPR infringement as the standard.

Those enterprises following the laws will be granted as AA or A, and will enjoy more convenient and quick service, to those as B, will have normal management way, while those as C, will have tight management measures.

In addition to these mentioned above, the method also makes details about the coverage of the classification method, way of adjustment and management measures.

It learnt that the method will be formally adopted on April 1, 2008.
