On December 28, 2007, the Internet Copyright Alliance of the Internet Society of China hosted a press conference with a theme of Enforcing Self-discipline for a Harmonious Internet Environment.

Internet Copyright Filing and Checking Platform announced in the conference is to promote the rapid circulation of works of legal records owned by ICPs. The alliance will also declare catalog of its recommended works.

The platform, therefore, enables ICPs to make files for their works of legal records automatically, and to release the catalog after being checked by the alliance. The Society calls all ISPs to help the rapid circulation of these works to promote the healthy development of internet copyright.
