Shanghai First Intermediate People's Court, entered into the final decision for BloombergL.P. over the US financial news giant's suit against Shanghai Pobo Information Company and shareholder Shanghai Pobo Network Data Information Consulting Company, ordering them to cease infringement, publish an apology in a prominent position of their web sites for 30 consecutive days to undo the harm and indemnify 300,000 yuan in damages to Blommberg.

Bloomberg sued the two Shanghai defendants for trademark infringement in 2005.  The ensuing decision made by the trial court was appealed by both sides.
