Vice Minister for Commerce Gao Hucheng informed the participants attending the International Seminar on the 10th Anniversary of China's Antidumping Legislation and Practice on June 25, China conducted 48 antidumping investigations of imported goods, making a good use of international common rules to develop and protect domestic industries.

"Under the new situation of positively undertaking measures on expanding export, we will properly conduct relationship between export expansion and maintaining of domestic industries' development. China will strictly abide by WTO regulations and domestic laws and rules, avoid misuse of anti-dumping measures in practice, so as to truly represent the trade remedy essence of antidumping measures on curbing unfair competition and maintaining fair trading order," added Gao.
