According to Xu Bing, Deputy Secretary General and spokesman of the Fair, this year buyers signed deals worth 36.39 billion U.S. dollars, up by 6.8% over the last event. On the IPR front, the session processed 570 complaints, with 744 exhibitors being complained and 454 confirmed infringements. This year the Export Section had 12 less processed cases of IP infringement, 109 less enterprises being complained, and 57 less confirmed IP infringements than the last session, down by 2.09%、12.85% and 11.2% respectively. Based on relevant regulations, Ningbo Changlun Electric Appliances Co.,Ltd would be banned from the next 6 events; 4 enterprises, including Ningbo Reyda International Economic & Trade Corp. Ltd. the next 4. He added that the 101st session also laid down new regulations that cut 5% of the exhibition stands of those with higher infringement ratio than 50%, the average of the session.
