The National Intellectual Property Administration has announced the annual national patent attorney qualification exam will be held in early November, with 30 cities across the country designated as exam sites. Candidates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can take the exam in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou or Fuzhou. Potential patent attorneys need to sign up online for the exam between July 1 and 26.
